It’s time to take the time

We've all been in the same situation for the past few weeks: confined to the house, with the weekly grocery shopping mission as our only outing. No one knows how long it's going to last, and it's okay to feel confused and anxious.
But why not make this uncertain and maybe dark period for some, sunnier, softer, more beautiful...?
Teleworking or not, alone or with the children, everything around us is in slow motion. At this time more than ever before, it is time to take time. It is time to rediscover ourselves, to live slowly and, above all, to feel good about living slowly. Because anyways, that's all we have to do!
Getting up a little later and not feel guilty. Sitting on the couch and doing nothing. Taking more walks in 3 days than we took in the last year. Taking naps every day. Cleaning out closets, de-cluttering. Taking a bath at 10am and another one at 8pm before going to bed, just because it feels good.
It's time to take a break from everything, to slow down, to relax. As simple as that. To get away from social media for just one hour during the day. And honestly, the best way to do that is by locking yourself in the bathroom, and foaming the water in the softest way possible with the Pure bubble bath (the best, let's face it!).
Despite the range of emotions we will go through during this period of confinement, we will all come out of it grown and changed. Promise.
Maybe that's the change our world needs?
