Making slime with borax: the best easy and safe recipe

Making homemade slime with borax is an activity that is both fun, educational, and surprisingly scientific. With the right proportions, you get a stretchy, flexible, non-sticky slime—perfect for a creative activity with kids… or for curious adults. Ingredients 250 ml (1 cup) white liquid glue 250 ml (1 cup) warm water 1 teaspoon of borax 250 ml (1 cup) hot water Food coloring (optional) Preparation Steps Dissolve the borax in the hot water, stirring until fully dissolved. Set aside. In a large bowl, mix the white glue with the warm water. Add food coloring if desired. Gradually pour in the borax solution, stirring gently. The slime will begin to form almost immediately. Continue adding the solution until you achieve a firm yet flexible texture. Knead the slime for 1–2 minutes to make it smooth and stretchy. If you’d like, I can also add a short safety note to include with the recipe. Klaudia, chemist at Total Fabrication

Comment enlever le calcaire sur le plancher l’hiver : la méthode simple et efficace

How to Remove Limescale from Your Floor in Winter: a Simple and Effective Method

Winter brings its share of challenges for floors. Between snow, ice, salt, and calcium used on roads, a whitish film can quickly appear on surfaces. This limescale residue dulls floors, leaves streaks, and can even damage materials over time. The combination of PURE ultra-concentrated all-purpose cleaner and a small amount of sodium bicarbonate is particularly effective. VIDEO Steps: Fill a bucket with lukewarm water Add a small amount of PURE ultra-concentrated all-purpose cleaner Add about one tablespoon of baking soda Mix gently Clean the floor with a clean mop Let dry, no rinsing required   Why It’s Essential to Sanitize Your Mop   A damp mop can quickly become a breeding ground for bacteria and unpleasant odors. Cleaning your floors with a contaminated mop can simply spread dirt around rather than remove it. PURE diaper and toy cleaner is ideal for deeply sanitizing your mop thanks to its peroxide-based formula. Steps: Fill a bucket with hot water Add PURE diaper and toy cleaner Soak the mop for 15 to 30 minutes Rinse and let it dry completely A simple routine for clean floors all winter long.

DIY ton multisurface aux lilas

Homemade multisurface with lilacs

We have a great passion for lilacs and are very fortunate to have many, many of them in our yard.We created our own ready-to-use multi-surface cleaner with a lilac aroma. Because we're falling for this flower. You will need freshly cut lilac, a mason jar, 500ml of distilled water (preferably), a drop of your favorite ultra-concentrated multi-use product, I like to add a little baking soda (1/2 teaspoon). I'm going to use this product mainly for the exterior and my pets' messes so I'm pimping my recipe with baking soda, I have the impression that it removes dirt a little more.   The steps are simple, I put multipurpose and brush with a little water to dissolve the 2 ingredients. I fill the mason jar with my purple lilac and then fill it to the brim with water. I let it sit for 48 hours (24 hours is not enough) and then pour it into my beautiful Pure bottle. So there you go, spray, scrub and repeat. Keep your bottle away from light and heat for longer storage. For my part, the smell remained in some variation for 1 to 2 weeks.  A great way to make the lilac season last longer.

It easily dislodges the soot that has accumulated in the window. Pourquoi nettoyer ses brosses à cheveux?

How do I clean my hairbrush properly?

The hairbrush is often in contact with the bottom of the head and it is better to keep this accessory clean. We would not want to create new bacteria in the back of our head. Brush maintenance can also keep our hair clean and shiny for longer. To wash your hair accessories thoroughly, we recommend a mild soap such as our dishwashing liquid since it is super degreasing. In a bowl of hot water it only takes a drop to see a lot of foam. Leave to soak for a few minutes and then allow the accessories to air dry.
